Prize of Family Simons-de Ridder
Thomas Wagner and Escolar’s Emil continue their top performance from the previous day
Second victory on the second day: Hessian rider Thomas Wagner and the ten-year-old Hanoverian gelding Escolar’s Emil also secure the Prize of Family Simons-de Ridder. Tobias Nabben and Emma Caecilia Lienert complete the podium.
In the third competition for young horses, which were allowed to compete for the second time at this year’s Aachen Dressage Youngstars, the previous day’s winner prevails: Thomas Wagner and Escolar’s Emil win the Prize of Family Simons-de Ridder with 73.767 percent. “The final rehearsal went perfectly, and it was really wonderful to be able to ride in Aachen – especially in this beautifully decorated arena, which has a bit of the flair of Frankfurt. For us, it was the first Grand Prix, everything worked wonderfully, and I am really very proud of his performance,” said the winner after his victory lap in the festively decorated Albert-Vahle-Arena at Allianz Park. In second place came Tobias Nabben and Forster 16 (72.633), and third place went to Emma Caecilia Lienert with Windermere J'Obei W (66.800).
